At Earthly Vibrations we want to help you on your journey by connecting you with inspirational and transformational products and services. We support the practice of mindfulness and mindful living, helping people get intentional about living life and fostering their own well-being.
We promote individual well-being thru offering people tools, techniques and guidance that support a mindfulness mediation practice. When we are living life mindfully we are in balance with our self and our natural surroundings. Thru mindfulness we can develop a clarity and tap into our innate wisdom enabling us to recognize and realize our full potential.....just like a lotus flower.
The Journey of a Lotus Flower..........
For centuries the lotus flower has been a symbol of perseverance and transformational change. A lotus flower begins its journey deep in the mud and murky waters with no light to illuminate its path. Lying dormant in the mud, filled with untapped potential and possibility, the lotus flower perseveres thru the darkness and rises to the surface, where it blossoms into a beautiful flower, realizing its full potential.
This Buddhist mantra translates to “Hail to the jewel in the lotus”. Like the lotus flower, we each hold the jewel of our untapped potential. The journey to fully realizing this potential is unique to each of us but the process of creating change thru mindful intention is universal. That is why we love incorporating these beads into our jewelry creations

Welcome to Earthly Vibrations, my journey of bringing together the Art and Practice of Mindfulness.
I am a mindfulness meditation practitioner and teacher. I am also a mom, a wife, an outdoor and nature enthusiast, a gemstone jewelry designer and a retired business executive.
I love the opportunity to create and connect with people and nature. This has fueled my passion for exploring the world of gemstones, mindfulness, leadership and personal growth and development.
I have been practicing mediation for over 30 years. And for me personally, meditation and mindfulness practices have been life changing tools and strategies that have helped me navigate life’s challenges. This practice offered me a road map…a road map to finding balance….a road map to finding space and an inner wisdom so I could learn to respond to whatever came at me in life instead of reacting to it.
During this time, I also practiced servant leadership in the corporate business world. I consider myself very fortunate and am so grateful for the wonderful people that I have worked with throughout my professional career. I was also fortunate to be in a position where I had the opportunity to do things differently as a leader. To bring in the tools and strategies from my mindfulness training into the work space. Showing up as a mindful leader enabled me to mentor and empower people and support them in becoming their best. I watched my teams transform into a high performing group of people who not only were high performers, but they also did this with a deep sense of care and respect for their peers; they truly cared for one another’s well being. I found being able to positively impact people and make a difference in the quality of one's work life experience to be the most rewarding aspect of my professional career.
All thru my professional career I heard so much about the importance of work life balance. But I found the tools, strategies and support to help people achieve this were not readily available. Work life balance seemed elusive to so many people. And that is what motivated me to turn towards teaching these practices. I became aware that regardless of what circle I happened to be in at the moment…there was always a common thread and theme…..stress…anxiety…a sense of being overwhelmed and a longing for a sense of ease, balance and inner peace…the ability to not only work hard, but also to simply relax and enjoy life.
This common theme was prevalent in my professional world at every level, in myself personally, and in my close friends and loved ones. I wanted to do something to change this. I wanted to help people find that roadmap to their own well being.
So, I made a life changing decision to leave the corporate world to pursue a new way to lead, support and develop people. I pursued my teaching certificate thru the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate Program (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. This concentrated two year program is offered thru The Awareness Training Institute and The Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. And so I began my journey teaching mindfulness meditation and supporting mindful living; living life with intention, awareness and balance. Helping people find their roadmap for their journey to well being. Helping people discover their own hidden gem; the jewel of their untapped potential just like the journey of the lotus flower.
